  After 4 years of being a loyal customer with savings and paying my bills always on time I left because they completely disappointed me. They couldn’t give me the Visa gold card for reasons based on my personal status and not because of my financial status. After that, I went to St George Bank and they were happy to give me a gold card straight away as I was meeting all the requirements. At your bank I felt discriminated and This is a very bad feeling guys.

  Utterly useless - while my account was emptied online I had pleasure to listen support line random music on the phone. Now I gotta go to branch and waste my time there. For international students who value your time and money I would suggest to avoid this bank.

  Better customer service required, and get diffrent coloured bank cards!

  They spam call you multiple times with a robot before a real human calls you. In the end there was no real human. Just spambot calls. 0/10 customer service quality.

  The service is bad had to wait 30 mins in line. One person working. This post is for Narellan bank. Every time I come in, long line and waiting....Get more staff in when it's busy, especially during Christmas.
