About Zahli - Modern Middle Eastern Restaurant

Our name comes from a beautiful area in Lebanon where the Bardouni river flows from Mount Sannine. Among other things, Zahli is steeped in the famous mezza tradition, and on warm evenings, there is nothing finer than dining outdoors at one of the excellent restaurants that line the river banks. Wine and poetry flow in equal measure – there have been many poets and writers born in Zahlé and some of the best wines and araks in the region originate in this small area.

Where traditional Middle Eastern flavours meet with modern interpretation. Here at Zahli in Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD, we have brought this experience to life. Our Lebanese restaurant will take you to the banks of the Sannine on a warm summer’s night. We have created the perfect atmosphere and menu, exuding a modern take on Middle Eastern food. We are committed to delivering excellence in taste, service and unique experiences, with memories to last a lifetime.

Using tradition as foundation, our Executive Chef and his team create their own interpretation of contemporary and flavoursome dishes.
