  Very terrible experience! I went to use the ATM to deposit my cheque. No one was using the ATM, but the staff asked me to wait outside for others to complete at the counter before we were allowed to use the ATM to deposit. I don't know why I wasted so much time causing me to miss a bus and my phone to run out of battery and turn off. I had to wait even though I had checked in with the service NSW app and I had a vaccination certificate. I don't understand.

  Untrained staff do not know what they are doing. Front desk concierge does not know where to direct people, just books people in and doesn't know processes/very little training. Eastern European woman at desk had to consistently stop, restart, and had no clue how to operate the computer.
  
  Wasted 40 minutes here simply trying to close an account. Do yourself a favour use another branch. Reflects badly on the branch manager at this location.

  Was here to do my joint account, initial confusion on what I needed to do but was quickly resolved when Kate took over.
  
  She was patient, kind and super helpful. She was very persistent even when my account set up had issues. She was very proactive and made my overall experience at this branch an amazing one! Having Kate to assist you is highly recommended!

  Vistiting Surry Branch today. The Reception lady is very polite and helpful as usual , so as the customer service representative Saranya who serves us. I also thanks to the Nathan who handled our new account opening last week . He is very patient and efficient .

  Customer Service was great, but after opening a business bank account, 3 weeks in and I am already looking for a different bank for my business. Everything was just slow, and they didn't even send me a business debit card? 3 weeks in and I find out I have to order it myself which will take another week. Probably my fault, I should have realised opening a business bank doesnt come with a card. Common sense I guess..
  
  I would not advice opening a business account there.
  
  Everything else is probably fine.
