  Rude and unprofessional staff. They were helping one of my neighbours move out this morning, and instead of going through the correct process to lock off a lift, as per the building managers advice, they went to every floor with a full lift. When I asked them to close the lift so that I could call the other lift, they gave me a snide reply and took even longer to close the lift, holding the button open, so that I had to wait even longer. I reported them to the building manager who was already aware they had not locked the lift off correctly. So to the owner of the business - courtesy extends to other people being affected by your removalists - not just those having their stuff being moved.

  Very thankful for Peter and the boys for helping with my move. Had a few hiccups with the move from both sides but Peter ensured these were covered by his workers and himself which made for a very effective and stress free move.
  Couldn't recommend them enough.

  Shifting ALL your stuff from one place to another is one of the more complex and stressful things that we undertake in our lives. The Fair and Square team give us and clear quote and made the process a lot easier.
  
  I'm writing this review because I want to call out the fantastic removalist team that worked with us on moving day. Joe, Andrea and Ali, were fantastic and a credit to their craft. They were friendly, strong, and committed to getting the job done. It was great that, as well as the grunt work, the team understood that they needed to make sure that we knew what was going on. As well as skillfully moving lots of stuff, they kept us up to date about what was happening, kept on making sure that they were moving things to where we needed then. Even as the day went on, they kept on going and with one last pack up of the empty boxes left with a smile. Phew!

  We have used fair and square movers twice now and the experience both times has been excellent.
  Most recently we had Joe leading the team who would excel in whatever vocation he chose. Polite, well spoken and mannered. Extremely customer focused and you can trust him with your furniture, and in and out of the house. Aside from the smooth move, the pre service and post of dropping and picking up materials is excellent. I would and will gladly recommend this team to family, friends and colleagues. Many thanks team. PS - make sure you put on a bit of music in the background for the guys!

  Wow - just call these guys, honestly they were amazing from start to finish. They showed up on time and worked brilliantly as a team (3 guys, 2 trucks). They were in constant communication with each other as well as us throughout the process. They moved a 5 bedroom house worth of furniture, including unloading at the other in 3.75 hours! Awesome.
