  I went here last night for a half head of foils and a cut. I spent 3 hours and 45 mins there and most of the time was sitting waiting while other's who came in after me were served first. I had booked weeks ago.
  
  Towards the end it was obvious that I was annoyed however no apology was offered. I was not even shown the back of my hair with a mirror. Now I know why. This morning I realised that the hair cut is completely crooked and noticable by everyone - all my work collegues are asking if it was intentional. Apparently the back is worse too.
  
  While I like the colour the service was awful (except the young girl who does all the running around). I was even given a form to fill in a review before walking out the door - after sitting around with nothing to do for all that time I was pretty annoyed to be given the form when I was leaving.
  
  I want my hair fixed but haven't decided whether to go back because I am so annoyed.
  
  - Further to the above part of this review I would like to add that I went back to the salon the next night and was looked after by the owner. She did a great job fixing up my hair and I was extremely happy with not just the cut that she gave me but also the way that she treated me. I would have no doubt that anyone who sees her would be extremely happy with their cut. I think the gentlemen who I had the previous experience with was an unfortunate reflection on the salon and while serious it was rectified for me and I have changed this review accordingly.
